First Christmas present- A Ming Vase?

Today, I received my first Christmas present. It is a huge cuddly dog. (A soft toy, fortunately!) It is so soft and warmth when you actually hug it. I love it a lot! I can also hug it when I am down.. Actually a few days ago when she wanted to pass it to me, she said it was something big and it might get stolen. It really sounds like I am an accomplice in a crime syndicate and she was going to pass me a stolen Ming Vase. (A vase from the Ming Dynasty) hahaha..

Later in the day, I went to cut my hair short, I wanted to do away with the samurai look. I looked very different. The regular shampoo girl who shampoos my hair was unavailable so another girl took over to wash my hair. She was so rough with my delicate scalp, and almost pulled out half of my hair. She did not even give me a shoulder massage. Then the lady asked me if I wanted to steam my hair and I agreed. When my head came out that steaming machine, my hair was so fluffy and soft. But I think I got cheated because the next morning when I woke up, my hair was flat –like a deflated balloon.

On headlines, a girl from my secondary school fell from the 4th floor. Hey, she fell from the parapet outside the Fine Arts office and luckily there was a tree to break her fall. (W.T, do you remember the tree that has a nest, that was the tree that broke her fall. She is the girl whom Miss Thanabal always caught for hair, remember?) Life is so fragile, so live life to the fullest.

There was so many TV programmes on Channel 5 that I stayed glued in front of the TV. I just love Tuesdays! Dick Lee was so funny on Living with Lydia. He played around with the words ‘idle’ and ‘idol’ because he had amnesia. Then on Trend-spotting, Vernetta interviewed the cast of Aladdin. So cool! I always wanted to do theatre act.

I just found out my grandpa during one of his stories that he was also a dancer. He dances fox-trot, quick steps, A-gogo, Waltz, tango and the twist. Whoo hoo! Cool man! Never knew my Grandpa was so cool in his younger days! He said I reminded him of his younger days.

Hmmm.. The Othello competition is in 5 days.. Wish me luck!
