Eve of National Day!
Last week, Sarah came closer to her dream with the help of mimi and I, of course! We dropped many hints to the guy Sarah love so dearly. Look until your eyes pop out, so obvious. Haha! Poor Mimi also had to add his friend into friendster. I wanted to tell him that Sarah like him and Sarah allowed me to but when the time came she changed her mind! Don’t shy lah!
Description: If you are dark and tall and SKINNY! And you play a sport in TPJC. If you fit the bill.. Watch out because you will never know when Sarah will spring an attack on you. Indians also welcome. Sarah even wanted to go Parkistan to get a man!Haha.. hor Sarah? Hmmm.. I can smell my black forest cake already! Quick bribe me!!!!!!
Yesterday was National Day Celebration in school. I was telling some people about my ghostly encounter. My mum and auntie saw it too and now my mum is having a fever. I told Benjamin about it because he was early and so was I. He was very imaginative. He said that I could see it because my guardian angel was taking a break like a shift and so I was very vulnerable. He also said that the rosary would become a sword and each bead would become an angel.
The celebration in the audi was boring. I stuffed my nostrils with lots of tissue. Can’t help it, I had flu. Mimi didn’t want to sing the songs. On the other hand, I was croaking the songs in my deepest hoarse voice. No voice still sing not like people who have voice. We went back to class and Miss Chua gave us Chocolates from Candy Empire. I was so tempted to eat but couldn’t.
Met Robyn after school to watch Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. I saw Miss Yue, Mr Tan and Miss Mak near the General Office. I didn’t notice them at first until Robyn pointed them out to me. Miss yue was different. Her hair was pinned down to her head which made her hair really flat. Mr Tan was sitting extremely demure.. unlike me, he would say. Robyn got ‘itchy fingers’, she kept fidgeting with Miss Yue’s stuff. Then we took a photo, Mr Tan and I sat demurely.
The queue at Tampines Mall GV was very long. (snake-like) So I got Robyn to queue there while I queued at Century Square. I managed to get tickets for the 3pm show and it was only 12.30 then. We had a lot of time to spare then. We walked around and we both decided to go into Popular. We browsed through all of Roald Dalh’s books. We each picked up the book entitled “The Twits” We sat down at the corner and began reading. Mr Twit and Mrs Twit were damn funny. They kept trying to rid each other and eating bird pie. Yucks! We managed to complete the entire book though. The ending was really twisted. Everyone should read it for some humour.
We were waiting outside the cinema to enter when I suddenly looked up and saw a mirror. Immediately, Robyn and I said,”The Twits”! Haha.. Read the book and you will know why.
I read Charlie and the Chocolate factory uncountable times and I can’t believe I am actually watching the show. It was so magical. I think I will be like Augustine. I love the Chocolate river and the waterfall. Yummy! The grandpa was funny too. He did the Scottish dance when the Golden Ticket was found. Actually, if I didn’t read the book, it would have been more interesting.
I hate to sound like a cheapskate but Mrs Toh haven't pay me back the money for the photos I develop.
