Exactly 1 year in TPJC

21st March..

Exactly 1 year in TPJC, the school that sits on the hill. How time flies with a blink of an eye.

I realised people are having a new look after the holiday. Mr Tan CB, has coloured and cut his hair. Mdm Lim has straightened her hair. Everyone looks cool, especially Mr Tan.

Mr Tan came in his new hair cut without the golden tinge. Arghhh! Apparently, Miss Yue asked him to dye it black and he did. What a waste, I didn’t get witness the once in a lifetime phenomenon! I saw him in the morning.. comic relief! Haha.. I saw him again after Maths and when he saw me, he started sashaying. I wonder why?
I saw him again after school and was about to go for chess. I walked towards him and jumped to see his hair. He is quite tall you know, but I jumped high enough to ruffle his hair, it was standing on its ends. But I didn’t because I was afraid he would shout! He was so shocked; he kept asking me what I was doing. He was so wary, aiyah, not as if I will do anything to him like that. He also asked me not to jump around like a monkey! Hey!

During GP, we didn’t do much except to read an article. I was so bored, I made a comment to Sarah that actually, hen-pecked men like *ahem.. are worthy to marry.

Sarah: Maybe if he reads it he will propose!
I: Not until he dyes his hair golden first! Ahahaa..

SPE was terrible. I was so happy at first upon hearing that Mrs Koh was our teacher and that we were doing Aerobics. So hip! But to my disappointment, Mrs Koh asked us to run, sprint, sit ups, dips, hopping up the stairs 5x and stretching. It was so tiring. I couldn’t feel my body after that, it feels detached. After SPE, I tried to minimise the number of actions I did, just to conserve energy. Mimi says I am so physics-ky.

I went for dance at Jitterbugs today. I went to the Food Fair at Suntec alone and ate some tempura prawns. I felt like an Ah-Soh. Anyway, my membership expired and Marcus wouldn’t give my free $6 Jitter-Bucks. So I asked my mum to come and pay.
Oh! There was this guy spraying himself with glitter and chasing everyone around trying to give them glitter. He wants to be a fairy.


22 March..
Today St Jude gave a long long-winded speech during Assembly. She was talking and talking about doing away with CIP and, of course, the most common topic- school etiquette, about how we should behave and our attire. She even talked about the purpose of socks and how they are made to absorb sweat.

During GP, we were to discuss about governance. I argued about individualism and how we are democratic yet in a way we are controlled. I feel that we do not need to conform to social norms. Mr Lim agrees but has his own opinions.

After GP, I was so hungry I ate my cake. Lucky I ate it. The moment Mdm Lim came in she gave us a test. We all thought she forgot about it and yet she still remembers, looks like it is not time for her to suffer dementia yet. I was nice and full during the test and could concentrate well.

I went to see Mr Tan AL for Chem today. I realised how learned he is today. Still water runs deep man! He was more comprehensible today than in tutorials. Heh!

I stayed back for bio remedial today even when I am not supposed to. 4 periods of Bio straight..So tiring! But I asked for it.

Miss Chua keeps talking about memory. “You have a memory like a Goldfish!” She remarked sarcastically to KH. But it was funny. I think she mention this phrase umpteen times. There is a legend that goes with it and it is said the goldfish have memory of 3 sec. They swim round and round the bowl because they forgot where they are. Haha..

During Bio, Sarah was funny, she reminded me of someone. She is the chee twin. The long lost twin.. She can mimick very well. She was so desperate today, she even asked Qian yin to walk her out of the gate..haha Why? because Mimi left early and I wasn't about to go home..

I am going roller blading at East Coast Park if nothing crops up.
