The Open house..

Today, woke up extremely early and went to school quite early, don’t know why also. Was occupying myself by reading ‘The Partner’ by John Grisham. The book is so exciting, so much so that I thought I was teleported to another dimension. Completely oblivious to my surrounding…

Got PE in the morning but skipped it (I don’t like to use the word ‘pon’ ) because of the Open house briefing.. It was by the minister guy.
Guess what? He actually mentioned that he knows that people are calling him the minister guy. Hmmm.. I wonder how he came to know about it? Anyway, I wanted to switch to the morning shift… Was so desperate, but cannot! Didn’t want to lie so I told them the truth that I wanted to go swimming in the afternoon.. So stupid right? Should not have been so honest. I had no choice but to do the afternoon shift… Boo hoo hoo!

Went for lessons as usual, Chemistry and Biology. Nothing much though, merely going through the exam papers.

Since this open house event is only once a year and I doubt I would be involve in it next year, I decided to make this Open house an enjoyable one for myself. There is no point kicking a big fuss, it will only make me more miserable, right?

The afternoon shift began, I received this huge group of people and brought them on a tour around the school. Met Miss Wendy Lee on the way, ha, got back at her this time. Made her explain to the group of people about her Geography. Also saw Mr Chao Qi Tai, he is still harping over the newsletter. Saw many SAC girls, yuck! They are so bitchy, I hope they don’t come to TPJC. They probably came for the Open house to attract boys. Unfortunately, most of the guys are like Huangeng.. hahaha.. By their glare, I think they can still remember me as a notoriously known prefect.

When I went to get my bag, I saw Miss Yue and all at the foyer. She actually thought I was going home. Actually, I wanted to, but somehow my conscience pricked me. So I went on to bring 4 boys on the tour. Past the foyer and saw Miss Yue again, she wanted to tell me something but I don’t know what. Something purple, that's all I heard. All I knew was that I was so tired (I am sure all of us are, especially those who did double shift) and hungry, and I think I was groaning. Then, Zhangjing came to school, brought him around.. Went to see the soccer people and then went to the LT.. In case, you were wondering.. He is Wanting’s boyfriend. He wanted to see the environment Wanting was studying in.

Finally got home, tired and hungry. But I did enjoy the Open house today.
I think of it as a privilege and honour.. Not many people got the chance to do such stuff especially on a hot, stuffy afternoon. ( I am not being sarcastic this time..)

According to someone, I also found out that Mr Tan Ah Lek is a good and experienced teacher. Taught her in her JC days too. Oh dear, won’t that make him very old? ;-P

Hey, in the new Chinese drama, The Champion, at 9pm, Jeanette Aw is carrying the orange Nike sling bag that I have! Cool!

Tomorrow, going Lujun’s house to do project.. Pray that her ferocious Jack Russell doesn’t bite me. I hate dogs or anything furry and living..
