The Istana..

I told Xin lan to press the bell and she didn’t. So we had to walk from the bus stop after TPJC. So hot. I feel so silly!

This morning, Mr Tan borrowed liquid paper from Sarah and did not return immediately. Sarah later barged into his office to find her liquid and when he saw her, he’s reaction was funny. He said,”You are! So kiam Siap! (Stingy in hokkien) *pointing at her!

Hahaha.. Sarah! You also seldom use Liquid paper! Lend him whole day also never mind lah, you can always borrow from us!

Maths was terrible!! I can’t do statistics!!

Miss Yue says I am a good actress in front of Mrs Toh because I pretended not to know about the meeting. Of course! I was from drama! Sarah showed her the cheezels and she ate it. Haha! They were at a game of tug-of-war. Sarah refused to give her. But she finally did! So small packet also want to fight!

The gavel meeting cancelled so I went for Chess while waiting to go for Dr Wee’s wake. I beat this guy 38 to 28. Then another guy tried to pit himself against me. I beat him by 48 to 18.

Xiao Ai kept touching my neck! I hate it cause it tickles!

Went for the Dr Wee’s wake at the Istana. We took the same chartered bus with St hilda’s, Ngee Ann and East View. The Vp of St hilda’s was in charge of us. The queue was so long when we reached there. The queue stretched all the way to Plaza Singapura. Moreover it is that kind of curly queue. We regretted our decision upon reaching there. We queue for 1hour under the scorching sun. I became darker. While waiting we, Liyan, Xiao Ai, Jia Min tried to entertain ourselves. We also finished the raisins. There is a golf course in the Istana and a pond too. It is huge! There resting peacefully, amidst the hassle in the city, is Dr Wee. The atmosphere was solemn with 3 chandeliers (those huge gold lightings that hangs from the ceiling) hanging above the coffin. The room was brightly lit even though the heavy maroon coloured curtains prevented any sunlight entering the room.

By the time everything ended, I was so hungry and it was close to 7pm. I bought an ice cream before boarding the bus! I was the only one eating so all eyes were on me.
The Vp even commented how lucky I am to have gotten an ice cream.

It was a memorable experience and an eye opener!
