The earthquake affecting my house!!!

10th..Sunday

The second earthquake has shaken my house. Luckily I wasn't at home. 3 more tiles cracked, this time my store room!! Why don't the quake come at once! It keeps reoccurring and more tiles are cracking! So silly! I think we will let it crack more than do the flooring at once! *Exasperated


Yesterday when I reached home, 15 tiles cracked!!! Initially, I thought there was an explosion but my grandpa said it is an earthquake. I never expect such things to happen to me. A lot of small little fragments of the tiles were scattered all the place. 15 big tiles in the living room were uprooted an detached. Somehow I have this fear of falling through to my neighbour house downstairs! Aiyah! Now must re-do the flooring! So troublesome and noisy! I think if we live on the low levels we wouldn't have experienced the quake.

Now, I realised how another country can affect us so drastically even if we are geographically far away. We are so vunerable, helpless and powerless in the hands of Mother Nature! This is terrible.
